2. Zero Pre-Payment Uploads
You never upload a single photo until your booking is confirmed, your slot window is open, and you are ready. We do not maintain a photo gallery or staging area.
3. Zero Permanent Server Storage
We do not save your photo files to database disks, Amazon S3 buckets, or cloud object stores. The images you select stream directly from your browser buffer to the printer hardware.
4. You Personally Press PRINT
No staff member queues or reviews your photos before printing. The physical printer responds exclusively to the PRINT command triggered on your device screen.
5. Immediate Buffer Purge
When your physical prints exit the Epson L8050 output tray, the temporary raster cache in the printer and transmission pipeline is cleared.
6. Discreet Blind Packaging
Every parcel is packed in opaque black archival sleeves, then heat-sealed into an unmarked, tamper-evident courier mailer. The exterior reveals zero photo thumbnails or sensitive descriptions.
7. Zero AI Training
Customer photographs and documents are never used to train, fine-tune, or benchmark computer vision or artificial intelligence models.
8. Automatic Customer Record Erasure
Once your package is marked DELIVERED by the courier, our system automatically wipes your recipient name, phone number, and street address from our records.
Why do you need my name and phone during checkout?
Courier logistics providers (BlueDart, Delhivery, Speed Post) require a recipient name, destination address, and mobile number to issue shipping waybills, dispatch delivery OTPs, and complete delivery. The moment delivery is confirmed, our automated data-scrubbing daemon purges this identifying data from our database.
Who operates the printer in the lab?
A single lab technician prepares the paper tray with fresh cardstock before your window opens. When your session runs, the technician does not sit before a screen browsing your files. The printer handles the output mechanically. Once printed, prints are immediately transferred face-down into an opaque sleeve and sealed.
What appears on the shipping label?
The exterior label displays strictly necessary courier logistics: Recipient Name, Delivery Address, PIN code, and Sender listed as “Archival Media Labs”. There is no mention of “SHHHH”, no mention of private photos, and no photo previews.
