1. What Appears on the Exterior Label?
The courier shipping label contains only the legally required logistics metadata to ensure prompt delivery:
- Sender: “Archival Media Labs” (neutral business entity)
- Recipient: Your Name, Contact Phone Number (for delivery OTP/coordination), and Address
- Content Category: “Printed Archival Documents / Paper Stationery”
- Zero mention of “SHHHH” or “shhhh.in” on the exterior
- Zero mention of “private photos”, “intimate memories”, or “confidential records”
- Zero thumbnail previews, barcodes referencing image URLs, or visual print previews
2. Delivery Timelines Across India
Because we route print jobs to our private, dedicated metro lab nodes across India, print execution begins immediately during your booked slot:
- Handling & Curing Window: 2 to 4 hours post-printing for 6-color Claria dye inks to fully cross-link and cure on 260 GSM resin-coated photo cardstock or archival bond before sealing.
- Nationwide Courier Transit: Shipped across India and delivered within 5 to 6 working days from order execution.
- Courier Partners: Dispatched via Tier-1 express air and surface networks including Blue Dart, Delhivery, Speed Post, and Xpressbees.
3. Transparent Flat Shipping Fee
We charge a flat fee of ₹80 per order across all pincodes in India. This flat fee covers:
- Heavyweight opaque black archival interior sleeves
- Reinforced puncture-resistant tamper-evident outer poly-mailers
- Air-cushioned rigid chipboard inserts to prevent bending or dog-earing
- Real-time SMS and email tracking links without revealing parcel contents
4. Automatic Personal Data Scrubbing Upon Delivery
We require your physical address and mobile number strictly for courier transit. The moment our courier logistics partner transmits a DELIVERED webhook:
- Our backend database replaces your customer name with
[DELETED UPON DELIVERY]. - Your mobile phone number is wiped to
[PURGED]. - Your street address and PIN code are overwritten with
[SCRUBBED]. - You can also trigger this scrubbing manually at any point using the “Scrub Data Now” button in your order tracking dashboard.
